• How many leaders can participate in a club?

  The WOW Club is strategically designed around two basic business principles. Our club is big enough to enjoy the energy of a group of like-minded individuals and also small enough to keep it personal and in favour of real business connection opportunities.

  We are making available seven (7) tables/groups of seven (7) individuals/leaders. We have limited the membership in each WOW Club Mastermind group to forty-nine to deliver the biggest impact and benefit to all those involved.

• What types of business leaders attend the WOW Club Mastermind meetings?

  The WOW Club members represent a wide variety of business leaders from many different fields, including: Inventors, Accountants, Investors, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Advertising Firms, Interior Designers, Directors of Sales, Beauty Specialist Professionals, Website Designers, Graphic Artists, Jewellery Design and Sales, Health Care Providers, Media Specialists, Fitness Experts, Various Contractors (i.e. Plumbing, Ceramic Tile, Electricians) Financial Advisors, Web Marketers, Estheticians and Real Estate Developers.

• What does "collaboration" mean to the WOW Club?

  Business collaboration is defined as joining forces, working together, aligning your expertise with someone else for the same purpose. We guarantee that all of our members will have a chance to collaborate with others early in the program. We teach entrepreneurs how to create collaborative alliances that can propel any business to a new level of growth. You will have access to other entrepreneurs in the group who are launching a business/venture/project and are looking for collaborators. Group collaboration is an excellent way to help others within the club and serve them better.

• Why does the club meet every second week?

  The primary reason we have structured the WOW Club meetings bi-weekly is to ensure our members receive the optimal level of absorption of program material. Members are given plenty of time to implement what they have learned as it applies to their business. The program is organized in a powerful and effective approach to keep members motivated, inspired and ready to embrace new challenges and opportunities. We respect that every individual has a unique pace that determines the time and speed required to fully integrate the transformational and profitable knowledge in your life and business gained at our bi-weekly meetings.

• Do I have to be a member to join the bi-weekly meetings?

  Yes. The most powerful, purposeful and profitable results for all of our members requires full and consistent participation in the complete program. Sporadic and half-hearted participation will not produce the same level of results.

  We have designed our program to progressively bring our members towards their desired outcome. Occasional attendance will reduce the benefit you will receive from our powerful coaching platform and may not produce the desired results. However, we will offer "VIP Guest Information Sessions" to enable present members to invite someone to get a glimpse of what the WOW Club offers.

• How much time will I need to invest per month?

  One of my mentors explained to me that time doesn't equal money. He also shared the insight that time is the most important, precious and least utilized gift we have been given. Most of us waste, misuse and undervalue our time. The WOW Club is committed to enabling you to maximize and utilize the gift of time. We ask each of our members is to attend two monthly breakfast club coaching sessions which last 1.5 hours each. Every current member will agree that our 1.5 hours together passes quickly and they would love to stay to learn more.

  Out of respect for your time and your business, we felt it best to keep the sessions short and productive. Overloading members with an excess of new knowledge and business strategies can be overwhelming and serves no one.

• What if I can’t make all the meetings or if I can’t stay for the entire meeting?

  We understand that sometimes it is unavoidable and you may not be able to attend a coaching session. However, you can choose to be that person that is in the right place at the right time with the right people. You never know when innovation and brilliance that could make a difference in your life will appear … so be wise and make your personal education a priority.

  Any information that is given to our members that day will be made available to you. We will provide recorded material/video/audio if it is available for that session.

  We encourage our members to take full responsibility for their results.

• If I become a member, will my personal information be kept confidential?.

  We highly respect confidentiality and discretion. Your information will always be kept in strict confidence. Some of our members are high profile business leaders and community members. The WOW Club is building a web platform for its members where we will offer a "WOW Club Member Profile" page but it is completely voluntarily. If you choose to share with other members, all of the great things you have to offer and how you would like to be supported. All group members will benefit from the open concept of sharing specific, solution centered information. The only way people can gather your information at our bi-weekly sessions is if you give it to them personally.

• Will I be able to connect with other chapters of the WOW Club?

  As an active member of the WOW Club, one of the benefits is the opportunity to connect with others. One of our core values is to support and encourage building long-term business relationships with other like-minded individuals.

  The Members Only section of the WOW Clubs website is the first place we will recommend our members browse, network and connect with other business leaders.

  As the WOW Club grows and expands, you will be welcomed and encouraged to attend breakfast clubs at other chapters. The WOW Clubs are a Mastermind of Masterminds.

  It is your 90 second pitch live and on stage followed by a brief question and answer period. Being a "Star" delivers a powerful moment to expose yourself, your business and direction to the group. We will ask the members if they know anyone that would benefit from your service or product. We will encourage fellow club members to visit with the "Star of The Day" in the following week. The spotlight will shine on and provide priceless exposure for each of our fellow members. Being a "Star" is another great and unexpected advantage of becoming a WOW Club member.

• What is the "WOW Club Challenge"?

  Entrepreneurs and professionals possess enormous strength of character and enjoy rising up to meet challenges. It's what they do best! We are incorporating small but meaningful challenges for our members to take on and run with.

  For example, in the most recent session, members were "challenged" to have coffee, lunch or breakfast with another member in the room; someone they feel they would like to know more about. • What is the WOW Book Club?

  Education is one of the highest values of the WOW Club. The WOW Club coach recommends a book each month that members can explore and share their interpretation with other members at the breakfast meetings. Coaches are continually asked if there are books that they would highly recommend. Books are great tools, full of inspiring stories and knowledge that we already know, but sometimes we need to be reminded of what we already know. There is high value in the well-known expression, "It's not what you know, it's what you do with what you know that counts and makes a real difference in life".

  First, the bi-weekly WOW Club coaching program offers you consistent, continuous and never-ending motivation, inspiration and innovation. You will be exposed to a multitude of marketing and growth strategies.

  Secondly, being coached will motivate and inspire you to test, try and implement your new knowledge in your business to get the results you want.

Coaching

• What is coaching and how is it incorporated into this program?

  When we hear the word coaching we immediately think sports. Metaphorically, this is a great way to view the role of a WOW Club coach and how it is incorporated into the WOW Club platform. The coach will be providing motivation and tools to prepare the WOW Club members to act in a bigger way. Before explaining how coaching helps and what coaching is, let us explain what coaching is not. You WOW Coach will not tell you what to do; they will not directly give you advice or shout at you to push you through fears, barriers, and obstacles. Coaching is not about seeking out your faults and trying to improve your weaknesses. We usually associate a coaching program with self-development, but it is not a personal development program as some of you may believe. Our coaching platform can be defined as the time you take each week, or in this case every second week to think, ponder and reflect on your business. Many entrepreneurs that have been coached have stated that they never stopped to evaluate their business and why they were getting the same results at the end of every year. Taking the time to talk, think and create the business you want is imperative to the longevity and success of your business.

  The WOW Club has one objective: To remind you how great, powerful and resourceful you are. We have specialized in helping our clients find their point of power. We act like a guide, helping support you to make the best choices without deciding for you. • Is the WOW Club coach at every session?

  Yes! You will have access to your coach at every session. He or she will be there thirty minutes prior to the coaching session and thirty minutes following to answer any questions or discuss business challenges you may be experiencing. Your coach will act as a facilitator and guide throughout this journey. The coach will give you exercises that you will do during the session and homework for between coaching sessions. We have created a platform to help you build a solid game plan (ok, sort of a business plan). At each session, you will continue to fine-tune your game plan while you use it and put it to the test. Your coach will offer many occasions for the WOW Club members to share, connect and learn from each other.

• How much access do we have to our coach between sessions?

  As you know, we always need a person or coach when he or she is not around. For that reason, we have built a web platform with forums and blogs so you can continually access your coach and club members for support, answers and solutions to your everyday challenges. Your coach will also visit every member's place of business, offer one-on-one time in person or over the phone to ensure we are offering you every opportunity to share and be coached.

  We are here for you and we will be offering as many systems as possible for you to get the most out of the coaching and mastermind platform. The WOW Club is not a one on one coaching program that you can meet your coach every week for one hour like other personal/executive coaching programs. The coach will lead the group on the journey to access their power in addition to sharing his knowledge and experiences with the group. By participating in your mastermind group every week, you will gain a second wind; more power, speed and clarity on what you want. • What happens at WOW Club Mastermind Coaching Program?

  The WOW Club Mastermind Coaching Program meets every two weeks for breakfast and you will spend ninety minutes as a group with a WOW Club coach. We begin our bi-weekly sessions starting at 7:30 a.m. sharp. You will enjoy a healthy breakfast and connect with other purpose driven entrepreneurs. Our program will end at 9:00 a.m. until we meet again in two weeks. During your ongoing participation in the Mastermind Coaching Program you will develop and personalize your "Game Plan" to match your intentions, goals and financial targets you set at the beginning of your journey. Your bi-weekly WOW Club Mastermind Coaching Program will end with a free-flowing, engaging, energizing round table discussion including:

  • The WOW FACTOR STAR of the day
  • WOW Club Challenge
  • WOW BOOK CLUB Q & A Session
  • The WOW TREASURE HUNT

• Can I participate in a second Mastermind coaching program that is located in another chapter/city/region?

  Each WOW Club chapter contains Mastermind groups that are similar to the one you are a member of. Each member has paid their monthly fee to be a part of that chapter. If you are interested in attending another chapter one time, we will invite you to a guest table. If you are interested in attending two different Mastermind chapters regularly, membership in both chapters would be necessary to remain fair to all other paying members.

• What is the "HotSeat Live Coaching"?

  The "HotSeat" live coaching is a chance for every member to experience what coaching really is. It's a chance to be coached live on the spot with your biggest business challenge. It offers the opportunity to learn from the challenges, triumphs and successes of other members. The WOW Club coach will offer the opportunity for a member to be coached publicly. The member is invited to join the coach in front of the group in the "HotSeat". The hot seat is an expression used when the focus is not on you, but on the concept of attacking, dissecting and exploring a specific subject for the benefit of all. It is a professional process in which no one is ridiculed and offers an opening to become enlightened on how to deal with certain pressing issues.

  The HotSeat strategy is effective as the coach focuses and commits to help you reach your point of power and find your WOW Factor. It is truly an experience of incredible value that we openly encourage all members to participate in. On some occasions, the coach will request insight from the whole group/club to help the person in the HotSeat find clarity and purpose.

• Do you offer more than a 12 month program?

  We believe strongly in the expression, "Life is a journey, not a destination". Everyone can see the value in short term results, but we also know that being an entrepreneur is a long-term journey. The WOW Club goes beyond the average 12 week program, full day seminar or motivational keynote speech. Ongoing support and continued motivation is the foundation of what the WOW Club offers its' members. The WOW Club is not ending after 12 months. The WOW Club can be better described as a 12 month minimum experience. The intention of the WOW Club is to remain ongoing and create long term connections with and between its members.
