WOW Club Business Mastermind Group Coaching Program

When we hear the word coaching we immediately think sports. Metaphorically, this is a great way to view the role of a WOW Club coach and how it is incorporated into the WOW Club platform. The coach will be providing motivation and tools to prepare the WOW Club members to act in a bigger way. Before explaining how coaching helps and what coaching is, let us explain what coaching is not. Your WOW Coach will not tell you what to do; they will not directly give you advice or shout at you to push you through fears, barriers, and obstacles. Coaching is not about seeking out your faults and trying to improve your weaknesses. We usually associate a coaching program with self-development, but it is not a personal development program as some of you may believe. Our coaching platform can be defined as the time you take each week, or in this case every second week to think, ponder and reflect on your business. Many entrepreneurs that have been coached have stated that they never stopped to evaluate their business and why they were getting the same results at the end of every year. Taking the time to talk, think and create the business you want is imperative to the longevity and success of your business.
The Mastermind coaching concept is partially inspired by the classic "Think & Grow Rich," Napoleon Hill defined a Mastermind as "Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose."

First, the bi-weekly WOW Club coaching program offers you consistent, continuous and never-ending motivation, inspiration and innovation. You will be exposed to a multitude of marketing and growth strategies.
Secondly, being coached will motivate and inspire you to test, try and implement your new knowledge in your business to get the results you want.
Thirdly, you will be introduced to the Mastermind principle. You will participate in a Mastermind group that is there to support, help, and innovate with you. Specialized Mastermind Group Coaching
The specialized mastermind group coaching program uses all the same concepts as the one-on-one coaching program but is customized and adapted specifically for your Mastermind group and its members. An expertly trained Mastermind coach works with your select team (6-7 members) of individuals chosen to form the powerful alliance that evolves from the creation of a mastermind group.
Your mastermind group will learn to expect more, ask bigger questions while your coach maintains accountability and focus. Facilitation of the mastermind group is the fundamental core of how and why our coaching concept gets real results. There are no limits to the success and results that can be reached by a collaborative mastermind team.
Our coach will guide your private mastermind group for 1.5 hours twice a month via Skype, Phone or Online Meeting. The minimum commitment required for this level of mentorship is a 1 year contract.
